  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Users aged 13 to 18 may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Provider Obligations

Providers utilising ISEEKHELP360.com represent and warrant that they hold all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurances required to offer their respective services in their jurisdiction. Providers are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of the services they offer to Users.

4. Terms of Payment & Billing

Where applicable, Users will be charged for services, subscriptions, or access fees as clearly presented at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise us (or our payment processors) to charge the designated fees.

5. Guarantees & Money-Back Guarantee

  • Note: For direct payments made between a User and a Provider (outside our platform’s billing system), the Provider's individual refund policies apply, and ISEEKHELP360.com cannot initiate refunds for off-platform transactions.
